Jewelry Design
Learn basic jewelry making techniques including stringing, crimping and wiring. Working with glass, wire and metal findings, you will design and create at least one necklace, a bracelet & a pair of earrings during this six week workshop. Required components are provided, but you may also bring in any materials you wish to work with. An opportunity to purchase gemstones & sterling componants from the instructor will also be available.

Clay Hand Building (cups, platters & more)
Use clay to hand build your very own cups, bowls, platters, chimes, vases, and more. You will discover the methods of coiling, pinching, carving, slab building, altering, layering, texturizing and more, as you constuct your very own functional pieces of art. Come with your own ideas or choose from various project ideas (examples and photos provided). It's true...you can make beautiful pieces of pottery without a wheel.

Clay Camp for Kids
An exciting summer art experience where children cultivate their creativity as they explore the medium of clay. Small class size and friendly environment encourage artistic expression as children explore various ways to work with clay (pinching, coiling, slab building, carving, etc.). Additionally, the history of clay will be taught as children discover the many ways in which clay has captured the "stories" and "histories" of past civilizations. Offerered over a 5 week span to allow enough time for bisque and glaze firings. Led by MA certified teacher.

"Clay with Us" Get Togethers
Book ahead and enjoy a relaxing evening with friends (for corporate gathering, showers, etc). Get messy and have fun as you experiment with clay. Participants create hand-built tiles, coil pots, vases platters or small sculpture. Event includes all clay, tools, glaze and firings. Projects will be be fired after party and available for pick-up 2 wks later. Groups welcome to bring snack/beverage.

"Creative Clay Party" for Kids
A gathering for birthday parties, special events, etc. where children learn how to handle different tools and crafting techniques as they pinch, shape, texturize, and form coils to create their very own clay forms by hand. Many project ideas to choose from. Event includes all clay, tools, glaze and firings. Projects will be be fired after party and available for pickup 2 wks later. Groups welcome to bring cake/beverage.

Art Education for Homeschoolers
